Justice4Survivors
Justice4Survivors is a trading style of MFN Claims Ltd, which is a Claims Management Company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Firm Reference Number 837972).
These Terms and Fees explain how our service works and how we may be paid if you choose to proceed with a claim. You should read this document carefully before entering into any agreement.
Justice4Survivors provides information and claims management support to individuals who may have suffered harm or abuse and who wish to explore their legal options.
Justice4Survivors is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any legal advice or legal representation will be provided by an independent solicitor if you choose to proceed with a claim. All claims are subject to individual assessment and evidence. No guarantee of outcome can be given.
You do not need to use a Claims Management Company to pursue a claim. You may choose to pursue a claim yourself or seek advice directly from a solicitor.
If you choose to proceed with a solicitor introduced through Justice4Survivors, the solicitor may offer to handle your case under a No Win No Fee agreement. This means you will usually not pay legal fees if the claim is unsuccessful.
If your claim is successful, the solicitor may charge a success fee of up to 25% + VAT of the compensation awarded. The exact terms, conditions and fees will be explained by the solicitor before you decide whether to proceed.
Justice4Survivors may receive a referral fee from the solicitor if you choose to proceed with a claim following an introduction made by us. This introducer fee does not increase the amount you pay and does not affect the compensation you may receive.
