How we can help

A Gentle, Clear Path Forward

Justice4Survivors supports you with simple steps, plain language, and a pace that suits you.

Free, confidential support about your potential claim is available now.

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming. That is why we focus on making the process simple, transparent and supportive. You remain in control at every stage, and nothing moves forward without your say-so.

There is no expectation or obligation when you contact us. Reaching out is an act of courage, and we will meet you with care, not pressure.

Our team guides you at a pace that feels right for you. Everything is explained in plain language, so you can make decisions with confidence and feel fully supported.

Step 1

A Safe and Confidential Conversation

Your journey begins with a private and confidential chat. You can speak to us by phone, complete an enquiry form or arrange a call at a time that works best for you.

You decide how much to share. Some people prefer to talk openly straight away, while others simply want to understand their options first. Both are absolutely fine.

There is no pressure to move forward until you are ready.

Step 2

Understanding Your Options

Once we have listened to your story, we explain the different routes available to seek justice and support.

  • Formal redress schemes such as those run by the Scottish Government or the Church of England
  • Applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority when the person responsible has been convicted
  • Other legal routes involving organisations that had a duty of care

We explain everything clearly, answer any questions and give you time to think about what feels right for you.

Step 3

Choosing What Happens Next

You decide what happens next. If you want to move forward, we connect you with experienced legal professionals who specialise in supporting survivors. They handle the legal work while our team continues to provide guidance and reassurance.

If you prefer not to move forward, that is absolutely fine. You can come back to us whenever the time feels right.

Step 4

Gathering Information and Support

If you decide to continue, the legal team begins gathering the information and documents needed for your case. Every step is handled with sensitivity and care. You are kept fully informed, so you always know what is happening.

You will have a dedicated contact who can answer your questions and make sure you feel supported throughout.

There are no hidden costs. All work is carried out on a No Win No Fee basis.

Step 5

Reaching an Outcome

The legal team works to secure a fair and appropriate outcome through the most suitable route. Many cases are resolved through formal redress schemes, while others progress through compensation processes.

While no amount of money can undo the past, receiving fair compensation can bring practical support, acknowledgment of harm and a sense of justice.

Throughout Your Journey

From the moment you make contact, our priority is to make sure you feel safe, supported and in control. We will treat you with dignity and respect, and your story will always remain confidential. You lead the way and make the decisions that are right for you, while we provide clear guidance and steady support. We understand how sensitive this process can be, and we walk alongside you with care and respect.

You are never just a case. You are a person with strength, dignity and a voice that matters.

Reach Out When You Feel Ready

When you reach out to Justice4Survivors, you are met with understanding, not pressure. We take the time to listen, explain your options clearly and support you at every step. Whether you want to talk confidentially, explore redress schemes or simply learn what is possible, our team is here to help you feel safe and supported throughout the process.
